  The 20 Mile Bay House - Newly renovated 4 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath home in Tuftonboro directly across the street from 20 Mile Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed & in Suite Bathroom w/ deep tub & Shower.  Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed & TV. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom 4 has a King Bed. Features a large deck overlooking the Lake, a huge yard, stainless steel kitchen w/ coffee bar equipped with Keurig Duo, Nespresso Vertuo, & three living rooms.  The upstairs living room features gas fireplace & sleeper sofa. The lower level living room features, gas stove, foosball, classic arcade table, a convertible ottoman to twin, & a convertible loveseat to twin. We provide Kayaks & Beach Chairs to use free during your stay. In the winter we provide a sled & snow shoes.  Max Occupancy of 10 Adults or 12 Guests

  The 19 Mile Bay House - Newly renovated 4 Bedroom 2 Bath home in Tuftonboro just 1 mile from the 19 Mile Bay Public Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed w/ Convertible Ottoman to Twin Bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 has two Queen Beds. Bedroom 4 has a Twin. Featuring: an electric fireplace, shuffle board table, classic arcade machine, a large back deck w/ grill, a screened in porch w/ outdoor seating, huge yard w/ fire pit, stainless steel kitchen, & coffee bar.
